HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER:

Please have your customer number ready when you call to help us enter your order quickly and efficiently. Each item in our catalog has numbers listed below them. Please use these numbers when placing your order to ensure that the correct product is sent to you. Please specify the quality and length of the chain you prefer. Otherwise, you may receive medal only. We accept orders via Email, Fax, through our Website, Phone In, EDI, Sales Rep., or Mail In.


PRICES:

Changing costs in manufacturing and raw materials may require adjustments without notice. Our prices do not include shipping and handling charges. Please feel free to call, fax, or email for price quotations – or request a current pricelist.


TERMS OF PAYMENT:

All companies must fill out our confidential credit application. If you are requesting an open account status, please provide at least three trade references. If approved, our terms are Net 30 Days on regular orders. Dating may be available on large orders. Please call our Credit Department for further information. All 14 karat gold items are due and payable at time of order. For accounts other than open account status, our terms are payable in advance by check, money order, Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, COD, or wire transfer.
All payments are in US funds only. A $35.00 charge will be imposed on returned checks.
We reserve the right to charge a service fee of 1 ½ % a month, (18% APR) on all accounts not paid within the terms of the invoice.


SHIPPING POLICY:

All original orders are shipped within 5-10 business days. Out of stock items will be backordered unless instructed otherwise. Shipping and handling charges are waived on backordered items.
We ship UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
United Parcel Service is liable for any loss or damage that occurs during transit. UPS is our standard method of shipping, unless specified otherwise. If a shipment is not delivered to you in proper order, make a notation on the delivery receipt. Contact our office within 10 days so that we can submit a claim on your behalf and arrange for a replacement. Please save all boxes and packaging materials until the claim is complete. If you choose to ship USPS, we are not liable for any lost packages, unless you specify insurance.


WARRANTY:

All Bliss Mfg products are covered by a lifetime guarantee against any manufacturers defect or tarnishing.
All warranties are voided, however, if the item has been worked on (ex. resized, repaired, engraved, soldered) by another jeweler or company other than Bliss Mfg.


RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

We will not accept or process any merchandise sent to us without a return authorization number. Please contact our office for a return authorization number and instructions. If you receive an order and there is a discrepancy, please call us within 10 days. Items that are custom, personalized, or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. All 14 karat is non-returnable, as it is made-to-order. Closeout items are also non-returnable or exchangeable. All approved returns are for merchandise credit only and will be credited for the cost of the item when it was purchased. All items are subject to a 20-30% restocking fee. Qualifying replacement orders include a pre-paid USPS return label so you can easily return your purchase back to our facilities. If you are sending something back to us on your own, we are not responsible for lost return packages and recommend you insure and track your package. All exchanges are subject to availability.


DISPLAY CASES:

All display cases made and shipped from Bliss Mfg are on loan.
Only Bliss Mfg items are to be presented inside of them; we reserve the right to enforce this.
If you have any cases that are damaged or broken, after being in transit or because of wear and tear, please contact the office or your sales rep. for instructions.
If your store is closing and you have one of our display cases, also please call the office or a sales rep. for further instructions.


HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR PRECIOUS METAL BLISS ITEMS:

To clean our jewelry, use warm water and detergent free soap and a soft brush or cloth. Do not use jewelry cleaner because it will damage the medal. Our medals are sprayed with a lacquer coating to protect the finish and prevent tarnishing. Also, avoid exposing the medals to household cleaners or chlorinated water as they can damage the medals.
